Rebecca + Andrew's Wedding Day

When I met Rebecca and Andrew at Starbucks to chat about their wedding day, I asked Rebecca how she found “Holly Croft Photography”. She said she’d seen a police retirement session I’d posted on Instagram….

I found it odd that someone would want to book me for a wedding based on a retirement photo since they aren’t very similar types of photos. She told me that her dad was a police officer and knew the officer who was in the photo. I then confessed that my dad had worked in the same department years ago, and it clicked that our dads had worked together back in the day. SMALL WORLD. We all took it as a sign, and Rebecca and Andrew booked with me.

Fast forward a year and Rebecca and Andrew have tied the knot! The weather was a perfect sunny and 75 day and the trees had just begun to blossom. Talk about an ideal Spring day!

I loved so many things from this day that it’s hard to pick just a few, but I will give it a go:

  • The Father/ Daughter First Look

  • The blush bridesmaids dresses that complimented the groomsmen’s blue suits

  • Intertwining their love for fishing & boating into the wedding theme, for a subtle nautical theme (see crab ‘guestbook’ & crab mallet favors below) So cute!

  • Watching how much fun everyone had on the dance floor all night long!

Thank you to the incredible vendors & family members who helped make their big day possible!
